Yeah, good question!!
What are we on about?
Those of us part of MADyouth (& our churches which that is part of) are passionate about real stuff. That could be anything like life, friends, family, God and how all those go together.
We're about hanging out & encouraging one another, building each other up and helping each other discover all God has for us & having a crazy fun time doing it!!!
We're not perfect, far from it. So we don't expect you to be either. We model our lives and community on that of Jesus who has given us His example to live life to it's fullest with His help! We believe that the Bible is our 'Melways to life' and base our teaching on that.
Our key purpose is: to Glorify (means to honor/give pleasure to) God in who we are and in all we do.
We have 3 central themes to our youth community to carry this out:
1.) RELATIONSHIP: living life in relationship with God & each other (like you!)
2.) FELLOWSHIP: learning to express that life with God & each other
3.) DISCIPLESHIP: learning to passionately following Jesus & sharing Him with others!
What are we on about?....It's got nothing to do with religion,
it's about Relationship - with Jesus!
