We also featured the following day - as the Heard's most ambitious and eye catching stunt hit the papers.
The caption under this article on page 8 reads:
"Off-court antics bound to entertain: If you thought the play was hot at the Australian Open yesterday, check out what was happening off-court. Two fans popped up in the middle of thier own fabric court to play a game in the stands ..."
There was also a snippet of text in the sports section reading:
"Fans Base: No one can doubt the commitment of The Herd, the group of Aussie fans who supported local boy Luczac and Australian Nathan Healey yesterday. The patriotic group sat through sweltering temperatures on Margaret Court Arena decked out in a wide array of garb. Heaven knows how one fan managed to last the day wearing a Darth Vadar helmet."
